TEM1200 Version 1.1 Released March 1, 2006 Oak Leaf Systems announced the release of TEM1200 Version 1.1 today. The new release represents the first significant upgrade to the system since its original release. New features in the upgrade include a ‘My TEM1200’ opening screen giving users instant access to their current timesheet, current expense report, current project tasks, current projects, and quick links to all remaining areas of the system. The ‘My TEM1200’ screen is expected to significantly streamline use of the system and allow users to keep timesheets, expense reports, tasks and projects up to date with just a few minutes of effort each day. In addition, major new upgrades to the Project Management module have been implemented. Projects can now be grouped together and more sophisticated reporting shows the amount of resources spent on each project. Project budgeting has also been enhanced to allow comparison of budgeted time and expense for a project or grant versus actual time and expenses accumulated against that project or grant. “This upgrade represents a major step forward for this software. We looked at how it was being used and how we could streamline the user interface to make it easier to use and I think the result is a major step forward that users will be very happy with,” said Todd Player, President of Oak Leaf Systems.
